公司成立为宁波纽兰德国际贸易有限公司，主营出口磁性材料及相关器件、元器件。
2006
成立宁波纽兰德磁业有限公司，专业设计、生产各类磁性元件设备。
2008
宁波新大陆磁业有限公司已通过SGS颁发的ISO9001：2008质量体系认证，完善了公司的质量控制体系，进一步保证了产品质量。
2009
宁波纽兰德磁业有限公司通过了TUV颁发的TS16949质量体系认证，产品进入工业自动化领域；并改进了原宝马供应商的扬声器部件，正式加入宝马二级供应商；产品成功进入汽车零部件行业，相继成为蒂森克虏伯、博世、大陆、特斯拉等世界500强企业的供应商。
2010
投资5000万人民币成立宁波新大陆实业有限公司，专业生产烧结钕铁硼，使公司磁性产品在目前国内市场中游乃至上游水平上升，完善了公司磁性产品上下游配套设施，完善了产业链商业模式，高度体现了“价值源于客户体验”的企业价值观。
2011
在德国多特蒙德设立新大陆磁性材料研究院，与众多国内外知名企业及专家建立良好的合作关系，致力于开发高性能烧结钕铁硼产品。
2014
宁波新大陆磁业有限公司荣获高新技术企业称号，宁波新大陆磁业有限公司成为宁波市磁性材料商会理事单位，参与稀土永磁体中稀土原料镨钕合金联盟标准的制定。
2016
更名为宁波纽兰德磁业股份有限公司，并在新三板上市。同时在法国成立欧洲子公司。
2018
宁波纽兰德磁铁有限公司已通过ISO14001:2015环境管理体系认证。
2019
获得国家工业和信息化部“两化融合”认证。
2021
公司获得浙江省高新技术企业研发中心、浙江省博士后工作站、浙江省“专精特新”中小企业
2022
公司销售收入突破3.18亿元，创历史新高，获得工信部第四批专精特新“小巨人”企业、宁波市“专精特新”中小企业、宁波市制造业单项冠军培育企业。
