Permanent magnet coupling (internal and external rotor type)

Structure

Consists of three main components: inner magnetic rotor, isolation cover, outer magnetic rotor.

Application

Some permanent magnets are embedded in the inner and outer rotors respectively, when the magnetic poles are coupled, then the inner and outer rotors can achieve synchronous non-contact transmission. While load fluctuations occur at the load end, the coupling will immediately lose synchronization during the overload period, which can avoid to damage equipment and accessories irreversiblely. Magnetic coupling is widely used in food, medical, chemical and other industries.

Features

1.Magnet Material: NdFeB/SmCo (optional).
2.Max Tw (℃):100℃、150℃、200℃、350℃(optional).
3.Metal material: inner rotor 304/316 (optional), isolation cover 304/316 (optional), outer rotor 304/ordinary carbon steel (optional).
4.Surface treatment: Inner rotor and isolation cover are generally polished, outer rotor is electroplated or sprayed (optional).
5.Maximum static torque can be customized according to application requirements.
6.The relevant dimensions can be designed customized according to application requirements.
7.The compressive strength of the isolation cover can be customized designing and testing according to application requirements.
