Consist of magnetic bars, stainless steel box, end cover, sealing spacer and other components.
Magnetic powder drawer is inserted with a single-layer or multi-layers magnetic grate in the stainless steel box, then sealed through an end cap. The magnetic peak force on bar surface can attract tiny iron impurities or weak magnetic impurities in the filtered medium to keep the material clean, at the same time, protecting downstream production equipment. We choose multi-layer staggered arrangements to achieve better impurities attraction, which are widely used in food, medical, chemical, plastic, mining and other industries.
1. Magnetic bars are arranged in order based on demands, can choose multi layers.
2. Quick installation by screw, easy disassembly and maintenance, long service life.
3. Optional protective sheath for quick impurity cleaning.
4. Teflon, sandblasting, polishing and other surface treatments is optional.
5. Working temperature: 80℃, 100℃, 120℃, 150℃, 180℃, 200℃ is optional.
6. Material 304/316L is optional, the surface magnet can be selected according to final application, mesh is optional.
7. Other special requirements can be adjusted according to customer demands.
