Magnetic liquid separator, is used in fluid materials with different viscosities such as fluids and semi-fluids. The magnetic peak force on bar surface can attract tiny iron impurities or weak magnetic impurities in the filtered medium to keep the material clean, at the same time, protecting downstream production equipment, which is widely used in food, medical, chemical and other industries.
1. Magnetic bars are arranged in order based on demands.
2. Quick installation by screwing, easy cleaning of impurities outside the sheath, easy disassembly and maintenance, long service life.
3. Teflon, sandblasting, polishing and other surface treatments is optional.
4. Working temperature: 80℃, 100℃, 120℃, 150℃, 180℃, 200℃ is optional.
5. Material 304/316L is optional, the surface magnet can be selected according to final application, mesh is optional.
6. Other special requirements can be adjusted according to customer demands.
