Utilizing vacuum quick-setting dump belt furnace, the matched metal solids are loaded into the crucible made of copper wire, which is protected by certain vacuum, temperature, time and argon gas, melted into liquid, and then poured into flaky solid.
Utilizing the hydrogen breaking furnace, the flake solid from the melting furnace is flaked out, and under a certain temperature, time, and pressure, the flake solid is broken into finer metal flake solids through hydrogen absorption + dehydrogenation (utilizing the difference in the expansion coefficients of the metal neodymium-rich phases and the main-phase hydrides).
Under the action of high-pressure airflow and the protection of nitrogen, the airflow mill is utilized to make the fine flake solids impact, rub, and shear each other into finer metal powder solids. And through the cyclone separator, the coarse and fine powders are separated and transferred to each level for collection.
